Are you checking for validation errors?

A couple of suggestions:

use ->create and ->save (note the lower case letters)

Try ->save($de_data['Delemail'])

Are you sure you mean 'false' and not false or 0?

Try:

if (!$this->Delemail->save($de_data['Delemail'])) {
        die(debug($this->Delemail->validationErrors));
}

... and see what happens.
