I haven't achieved yet, I've tried with your suggestions. Now I am trying 
with 
elseif(AuthComponent::password($password)==$this->user['User']['tmp_password'])
   { 
    $this->Controller->Auth->authenticate=array('Form' => array('fields' => 
array('username'=>'username' ,'password'=>'tmp_password')));
    $this->Controller->Auth->login();
   }
 
But I don't have good results.
