Hi guys,

Thanks for the suggestions.
@Marcus: It'll be an application which sends bulk SMS's fairly regularly,
every time a new record is input to the system. I'm also using ClickaTell
and my thoughts were that the SMS would be sent via the controller and then
saved in the model along with the return code as a record for the future.
However, looking at the sample PHP code for sending messages I see they use
the file() function to send the message via HTTP so this would hint to me
that perhaps I should treat the SMS sending as part of the Model. Any
thoughts on this? Is there a particular method of sending emails which your
were referring to in your response above?

@Ian: I've been looking into sending SMS via email as you suggested. This
sounds V cool but I haven't yet found any information about doing this in
Ireland. Don't know if it's possible here. Also, do you get billed on your
account for this or is it free when you do it?

@Kristian: Thanks for your link also. Have you found that esendex are better
than ClickaTell for any reason?

Cheers to all,

Sonic
