Hi Jeremy,...
I got table field "dob" with default value NULL,... and it works,...
ALTER TABLE `users`
ADD `dob` text default NULL;
and here is how I'm adding that field in a controller:
$this->data['User']['dob'] =
$this->data['User']['birthday']['month'] . '-' .
$this->data['User']['birthday']['day'];
it works perfect,... :)
now I need to figure out how to find friends list and send emails to each
one of them when the birthday is reached,...
