All CakePHP code is under MIT license and doesn't include any vendor 
components.
Only optional dependency is 
phpunit<http://phpunit.de/manual/current/en/appendixes.copyright.html>for 
running test suite (which is not packaged with CakePHP code and has to 
be installed separately).
