Add like this in .htaccess file of root directory
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?domain.com$
RewriteRule ^$ app/webroot/ [L]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?domain.com$
RewriteRule (.*) app/webroot/$1 [L]
</IfModule>
