Yes i meant User model.

I fixed the problem.

The following does not work
App::uses('AppModel', 'Model', 'SimplePasswordHasher', 
'Controller/Component/Auth');

The following does
App::uses('AppModel', 'Model');
App::uses('SimplePasswordHasher', 'Controller/Component/Auth');
