My mistake, I misread your post. The inputs in 3.0 do not contain the model name unless ypu put it there. In 2.x formhelper would automatically prefix fields, which is whst it sounds like you are expecting. This prefixing was removed as it didn't add much value and the new orm does not need the model prefix to function.
