You must have some special session setup. For no one else this happens - ever.
Try to set up a completely fresh system and debug that one piece by piece. If that happens there too its most likely a server issue. Otherwise it is probably a misconfiguration in your configs in CakePHP etc. mark Am Montag, 19.
