Hello again, ladies and gents,
I've run into two more weirdnesses with the cake app I'm putting
together.
The first is that the canned flash statement made by bake take me to
a blank screen with the flash message, rather than going to the page
they're supposed to end up at. This is what bake wrote for me:
$this->flash('Product saved.', '/products/index');
The second is that some combination of cake and our web server config
(which I am not privy to) is making it so most screens end up
cached. i.e. when I add a Product or whatever, the index page won't
show the addition if I browse to the products/index page normally, I
have to go there and hit refresh in order to see the changes. I have
replaced my default.thtml layout, do I need to put in the no-cache
meta, or is there some other problem at work here?
