The wiki was removed. There were many messages on the eventual demise of the wiki, so we expected everyone to have had enough time to get what they needed and move it to the Bakery. I plan on making a download of the old wiki contents available, but when I can find timee to do it is a different story. If someone would like to help in this regard contact me off list.
