Thanks for your response, the webserver running the application is
running on a Unix machine. I'm using a two databases one mysql the
other postgres. I actually got passed the problem shown above. Now
however, when viewing the ACM GUI I get the following error message:
No Database table for model ArosAco (expected "aros_acos"), create it
first.
The table does exists, however I don't know if I have to change
something with the acm files to make this go away.

Thanks for your help.

Hi luis_y27,

What's your cake version? if you are using a revsion between 3692 and
3901 this ticket will apply: https://trac.cakephp.org/ticket/1672. The
concequences of which will be that you have an aCos_aRos table.

If you hit any acm specific problems I would recommend using
http://cakeforge.org/projects/acl-admin.

Please note:
The manual/bakery is a good place to start any quest for info.
The cake search (at the time of writing) erroneously reports less/no
results for the google group.
The wiki may contain incorrect info - read at your own risk (it's
mainly user submitted) :) You may get your answer quicker by asking on
the IRC Channel (you can access it with just a browser
here:http://irc.cakephp.org).
