Yes, its a portuguese word. But, at least in this case (clientes) Im think the inflector is not the problem, since bake inflects correctly the table "clientes" to model "client". Oddly enough, this problem had vanished when I turned OFF php safe mode! Now Im trying to understand why... Norman
