Thanks Mariano. I'm using an example script supplied with
HTML_QuickForm_Controller. I've uploaded it here:

The problem is that when I click on Next, I am redirected to the
default root cakePHP page. regWizard.php is in the vendors folder. I'm
assuming this has something to do with htaccess and / or routes as it
works from the app/webroot directory. However, I am going to need
access to models and data in my form.

can you suggest a way round this? I will probably want the URL for the
form to be mysite.com/reviews/write. The form will have three separate
pages.
