There are different ways of doing this, and depends of what you want to acheive. I have done multilingual application, but having different views per langage is a bit an overhead in term of maintenance. For me, best was to have one view and the multi langual is into the view itslef. Otherwise for different screen the best mightbe to name them "view_en", "view_fr" and you could add the "langage" code (stored in session for example).
