I don't thnk either of those support ajax editor at the time. You might want to write a plugin for them.
However, TinyMCE is quite heavy since it does a lot of checking and processing (its capabilities is really broad too). You might want to go for a the lite version of TinyMCE and put it in your AjaxEditor Helper.
