Congrats, site looks fantastic! If you don't mind me asking, what did you use to convert the videos uploaded by your users to FLV? Did you use ffmpeg/ffmpeg-php? I've been looking into this lately as I'm designing a site that will allow users to upload videos (in WMV, MOV, etc formats) and I'd like to convert them to a fixed size and play them on the site using FlowPlayer.
