That's not a bad idea. The biggest problem is how the system works: the profiles are transitory. Once they're gone, they're gone. The site acts more like a job site than it does a directory of companies and developers where rankings might be more relevant or useful. However, maybe creating a "directory" portion to the site would be advantageous allowing for rankings. I'll definitely keep the idea in mind.
