Use Configure::write specifying 'debug' as key and new debug level as value.
Example:
Configure::write('debug', 2);

Is it possible to change the DEBUG level for a specific controller
action? Instead of using the site-wide setting in config.php, I'd like
to have a different DEBUG level for specific controller actions. I'd
appreciate any help on this. Thanks!
