      Some indirect questions received:
1. How can I set the site-wide settings?
2. How can I edit the pages? Can't I have semi CMS?
3. How can the other designer "theme" the site (without CSS)?

Possible ways to convine the clients:
1. Speed. Deliver quick prototypes
2. Quite often mention "rails". Every client is crazy of rails these
days.
