if you put cake into a subdir do one of the follows:
1. use RewriteBase in .htaccess files
2. create VirtualHost: e.g. YOUR_WEBROOT_DIR/cake/ibm can be
ibmcake.local
<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot YOUR_WEBROOT_DIR/cake/ibm
ServerName ibmcake.local
</VirtualHost>
