As a stop gap, write a wget script to pull all the printable versions
of the manual chapters on the web, cat together, then liberal use of
psnup and/or enscript to 2 per page and find a duplex printer - hey,
gotta be environmentally friendly. Send to said device, and while
you're at it, print the cheat sheet for the back page. Get ye olde
stapler and connect pages at your preferred corner. Scribble
additional notes all over it as you go along. Write missing bits in
the margins. Use highlighter pens liberally. Jobs a good 'un. Worked
for me :-)    Yes, really I'm serious!!!!!!
