Look's like a SIG is not handled somewhere and thrown up to Apache. If it was working before, I guess something has changed into the server configuration, seems this RSA server is not set properly. Check if it was installed when everything was working ok. Mismatch localhost and server name seems that a name has changed or wrong in a conf file. Very linked to the server configuration, not really with cake.
