i know you can create a model that doesnt correspond to a table.. My question is how. var $useTable = false;
is great but that doestn help me at all. I want to create a model that contains an array of links that i can use in my other pages. However i can't get it working, and i can't find any documentation other tahn var $useTable=false; Surely someone has actually used a model without a table before.. Is there a specific format for it. Do i need to implement a set of functions? I am not getting any errors directly in this model but in a controller that is using it.. basically the object from my corresponding controllers model is not getting created and i've narrowed it down to be a direct cause of the model i created.. Any ideas? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Cake PHP" group.
