Because then I would have to create all the tasks each year, and most
of them are going to be identical
I'm thinking of adding an enable/disable field and an enable_date so
that I'll be able to show only the tasks that are enabled at a
specific date.

This way I'll create new tasks when there are changes without creating
unnecessary ones.
