#3 Read the error message. It will state which file and which line is
causing the problem. Bear in mind that you want to know where output
started, not where you are trying to send a header.
#4 Include the error message in your message. Bear in mind that not
doing #3 before #4 can be embarrassing for you and frustrating for
others.
