I must point out couple things though!

With the {topcake}index.php and webroot/index.php that need to be
change from the default when the need to is not the same as the
default cake structure and in the case of sourceforge.net it is still
an issue.

I wish it would be clearer on how the path are setup and when the
folder structure does not match the default Cake setting.

May be my trouble was I only set the path on one of the index but not
the other that mess my setting up!

Not sure I need to try to experiement with it to see.
