Look like I found the different between why cake 1.2 work on one site
but does not work on sourceforge.net is the
DOCUMENT_ROOT /var/www
where my docroot is: /home/groups/c/co/coaddons/htdocs/

On my other host that Cake 1.2 work fine where DOCUMENT_ROOT match my
docroot.

On interesting thing to note is Cake 1.1 work fine on sourceforge.net
but not Cake 1.2alpha so there might be a change on how the
"DOCUMENT_ROOT" are parse in Cake 1.2alpha???
