Dear all, I have a fundamental doubt in defining associations in the models.
Let us say I have three tables Students, Community and Stu_Comm. They capture that each community has some students associated with it. I define three models for the three tables. Now the question, since I captured hasMany relationship through Stu_Comm table, do I need to again define associations in the corresponding models or should I not create Stu_Comm and only write associations in the two models.
