I'm trying to use an echo $form->select() to create a select box with
optgroups in 1.2
I'm can't really figure out the syntax, so I was hoping someone would
provide me with an example to create a select that looks like
<select id="Source" div="" name="data[][source]">
<option value="Unknown">Unknown</option>
<optgroup LABEL="Internet">
<option LABEL="Google" value="Google">Google</option>
<option LABEL="Yahoo" value="Yahoo">Yahoo</option>
</optgroup>
<optgroup LABEL="Radio">
<option LABEL="KUSF" value="KUSF">KUSF</option>
<option LABEL="KFRC" value="KFRC">KFRC</option>
</optgroup>
</select>
