As well as this. Eclipse PHP Plugin does offer API Refferencing based on the
current code within the project. It's not wholly complete, as it will only
give code synapsis on a mouseover of a particular function. I have
personally integrated the doxygen docs into eclipse as a sort of cheatsheet
for myself.
