Interviewers don't usually care if you know a particular framework inside and out. As long as you have the neccessary PHP skills, you can always learn a framework (or be trained on one). I'd never used cakePHP (or any framework, for that matter) until I was hired at my current job. I picked it up in a week or two. Employers care about your core skill set more than specifics.
