I know this will sound like a stupid question, but did you remember to
edit your webroot/index.php file and set all the constants as per
AD7six's excellent (and thorough I might add since I'm sucking up)
instructions?  It has been my experience (WARNING: my experience only)
that making sure those constants are 100% usually makes those errors
go away.

You might also want to look at your web server's access logs and error
logs to see if there are any hidden gems in there that will point our
your error.
