Well, given the level of effort you seem to have put into solving the
problem I guess you're better off looking elsewhere.  I find that the
error messages that CakePHP generates are pretty clear as to pointing
out where the problem is.

You need to create your file named <whatever>.thtml in the views
directory in a directory with the same as your controller.  I'm pretty
sure the manual points this out.
