Hi,

BTW, I went ahead and installed cakephp 1.2.0.5427alpha and run into
this problem. Looks like something unique to my system, any one else
encounter this before?

Notice (8): Undefined variable: html [CORE\cake\libs\view\templates
\layouts\default.ctp, line 35]
Fatal error: Call to a member function charset() on a non-object in C:
\www\webroot\cakealpha\cake\libs\view\templates\layouts\default.ctp on
line 35

regards,
Harris
