Silly question to ask here - you going to get a bunch of Cake fans saying that Cake is the best (which of course it is) :)
As far as actually deciding which framework is for you, a useful tool is the Frequent Discussions page. http://groups.google.com/group/cake-php/web/frequent-discussions It shows alot of the common questions and problems that people face when using cake.
