The "conditions" section of the manual (in the Models page from memory) 
covers the creation of complex conditions in queries.  I don't see 
anything in your query that Cake can't handle.

If there is a problem, you could also just use

   $this->ModelName->query("the SQL string");

To run the query that you posted, this is not recommended though.
