To save you time,
The procedure is;
1.select run from eclipse main navigation bar.
2. select External tools
3. Again select External tools
4. Give your tool a name, ie Name: Baker
5. Select location of your php executable : Mine is - Location:D:\php
\cli\php.exe
6. Select you console folder ( if your running 1.2, cake/console):
Mine is -Working Directory:E:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\apex2\cake\console
7. finally the arguments passed are, arguments: cake.php bake
