and the page is identical to the default doxygen output...
I know that there are ways of prefiltering the input for doxygen but
doing that (or using a hacked version of doxygen seems obscure.
I have tried (and generally succeeded with PHPDocumentor but I'd still
like to understand why I can't get doxygen to work...
