Making a $ajax->form wiht an html->submit is weird .. Just a
tip ..for ajax call the form tag does not matter much ( you can do
even do a <form>), everything resides in the submit so, change your
$html->submit in an $ajax one .. ( $akax->submit('Add', array('url' =>
your url, 'update' => 'your div')) )
