Okay, I have now ruled this down to one function $this->Session-
>write('User', "test")I have tried using the database, php and cake session types but all of them give the same result. As soon as I call the write function everything page is displayed as blank. Am I missing something with the session component. I'm using cake 1.1.16.5421 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
