I considered not replying just because you put URGENT in your message.
How is this different from the miriad of other mails on the list where
the problem is you've uploaded your tmp folder contents? Doesn't the
path referring to where you have it on your windows machine not give
it away ;).
delete the tmp files, or switch debug to >0 temporarily.
