Hello John, Thank you for your prompt response.
I already did create a register() function in my controller(app \controllers\users_controller.php) and also have a view for that controller (app\views\users\register.thtml) but still has the same result. What I have in mind is I think theres something wrong with my mod_rewrite setup since It's displaying the incorrect-looking home page(without css and etc). I'm still researching about this right now. Additional suggestions and or solutions is highly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
