I am using PHPList and own my own (VPS) server.  I have several
recipient hosts rejecting my mail as spam.  No spam has ever come
from that IP.  I have had the same problem with MailMan that some
of my users are using.  It appears that some ISPs just block for no
reason
(All are Opt-in, and have removal instructions)
