But come on now...no one can help with a "question" like that....

If you take a lil' bit of time to look for your own answer, this wouldn't be
an issue. If he had queried "download file" he would have been forced to
modify his search to something more specific.

If after that nothing has been found, at the very least he would have a good
subject for a question.
