When my include_path contains something outside open_basedir set in php.ini (and it does; PEAR for example) I get warnings from file_exists($fullPath) in fileExistsInPath() in cake\basics.php. Adding @ to file_exists($fullPath) in the above function helps. Would be nice if someone took care of this in the next release.
