I have to write conditions in a form of array like this:

array
(
    "Post.title" => array("First post", "Second post", "Third post"),
    "Post.created" => "> " . date('Y-m-d', strtotime("-2 weeks"))
)

If I express the last condition like:

'Post.datetime1' => '>Post.datetime2'

I get anything
How can I do this?
