I gather the overall feeling is just that feedback be provided on all
submissions, whether negative or positive, so submitters know the
deal.  I myself have made some contributions, some reject, some
approved, some into the void of no response.  Personally, I don't care
whether something is approved or rejected, as long as I know either
way *shrug*
