I have the same problem...
Firefox does the right thing...IE and Safari(3) are screwing things
up. Realy can't find/think of a way to solve this. Did everything on
the topics/internet...
I even put the whole session writing in the beforeFilter of the
AppController for testing, see below:
function beforeFilter(){
$fontsize = explode("/", $this->params["url"]["url"]);
if($fontsize[0] == "settings"){
$this->Session->write('size', $fontsize[2]);
}
}
Firefox saves the session var, but IE just not. There has to be an
explanation, right?
Anybody a direction to look at?
