actually this post was truncated - I posted the passed array in a
follow-up post. The issue was that I thought I was using th proper php
syntax to print the array variable ($multidimensionalVariableName
[ArrayName]['IndexName'] but I get errors - which I assume are because
the all the sub-arrays are not declared
